Hi - I wondered if you managed to obtain a copy of saltycroft's translation. I am about to rewire my own house in france. Its very small/simple and I think I understand most of the rules/regs but have ordered a copy of L'installation electrique in case. I would appreciate any "unexpected experiences" encountered during your job and any hints/tips you might like to pass on. The house has its own earth strap. Any info regarding how to test this would be appreciated.
