I think you need to be careful before ordering the RF version from Holland as the control board (PCB) used on the UK version of the Avanta is not the same as the continental version. The main difference is that, on the UK version, the external sensor connects directly to the PCB while the continental version requires a separate interface called a 'gateway'. This could mean that the iBase (the boiler connected part of the iSense RF) will not be able to take an input from the external sensor of the UK version (I hope I'm not confusing you).
As for the adaptor, there is a picture of it at http://www.allesvoorinstallatie.nl/catalog/remeha-remeha-isense-thermostaat-adapter-p-2675.html
I would assume that the bare ends connect to terminals on the iBase, but Remeha will confirm this.
I suggest you contact Remeha in the Netherlands and confirm that the iBase will work with UK boilers. Email address is [email protected].
You need to ask two specific question:
1. Will the iSense RF work with UK version boilers if the iBase Power Adapter is used?
2. Will the external sensor, which is connected directly to the boiler on UK versions, work?
