Post on the plumbing and heating section of the forum with details of the boiler (make and model) etc. Read the faq at the top for information required.
I normally throw any Ideal boiler problems back to Ideal....too much hassle, and they are rare boilers round my way...the merchants have had enough of Ideals abysmal quality!. What's the problem?
