bathroom heating

Hi all, so, i've approx 1.5-2sqm of floor to heat up in the bathroom. I'm replacing the rotting floorboards with 18mm green t&g chipboard floor panels. What's the most appropriate heating matting to use and how would i prepare the floor considering i'd like to top it off with karndean, amtico...
