Flooded garage - dehumidify or let nature do its thing?
Hello all, Our garage got flooded in recent “monsoon like weather”. Everything wet has been disposed of and the garage ckearred to dry. It looks like the flood water was above the damp proof course ( see pic). Construction is brick then breeze block. The house has cavity wall filling pellets)...- edeveuk

Removing old grout from breeze block?
Total newbie here, sorry if question seems inane. 6 tiles from above the bath had come loose, I thought it would be straightforward to fix them. They have come out easily enough but it looks like the grout has been put straight onto breeze block. I just have the serrated edge basic tool to...
