does not ignite

Hi, My 'Ideal Mexico2' boiler does not ignite at all but the C27 working good. The boiler seem to have the same kind of noise, like when it was working. However, i open up the casing and found that there is no fire. Does anyone have this experience before? Will it be a simple straight forwad...
