Recently got a used Firepoint 5012, but cannot clear its faults. Screen shows ‘01 FAULT TOT 04 Control Panel FAULT: BT’ (No batteries are connected, but it should still clear the fault) Also faults for ‘Sounder’ do not clear. Device NOT CLEAR: Control Panel Press any key Any help welcome
