Karcher K2.94M is not working - it buzzes when switched on but the motor doesn't want to turn. Have tried a new capacitor but still the same. No air lock. Was going to check the motor brushes but I can't get at them as there seems to be a protective shroud over the motor. See pics. Looking down...

My K2 Compact stopped working after a couple of minutes. It is 4 year old. I have been reading different posts and I believe it is not a capacitor. It also smells like burnt. When I opened it I found that 2 plates were missing. So I believe that is the reason why I only get a buzzing noise but...
