reviver

Taps in photo were fitted a long time ago, how long before 2007 I don't know. Hot tap hardly turns and is tight. So I got a tap reviver kit from Screwfix, see photo. However I can't pop the cap on top of the tap to release the screw. I drilled down a bit, see photo, and top of tap still not...
