140mm solid concrete wall

how high Can I build a wall that spans 12m and has a height of 5.5m to the top of the pitch. It will be following the line of the steel uprights and steels that support the pitched roof. We are going too secure wall ties every two blocks high on the up rights and using 140mm solid blocks with two piers! Is this good enough, anywhere I can find info on this!
