I have a house in France recently rewired similarly and at totally random times the Main circuit board 64amp RCD trips out without blowing any of the smaller mcbs.
The incoming mains RCD also does not trip! We had a lightning surge protector fitted and suspected that, but having replaced it the problem is still occuring. Our electrician is stumped! I really don't understand why a supply surge could not also be the cause ifor the tripping.

Welcome to the forums.
I have split this. It is not Electrics UK, and it is not the same as the problem you attached it to.
Please have a look at

Also please check if you mean RCD or MCB.
