It's hard to imagine anyone even thinking of doing anything like this in the first place so it seems unfair to blame NHS 'failings'. Installing cctv cameras in a mortuary is a new low in our world.

I'm sure they colud be positioned to provide a degree of sensitivity, but still provide suffcient protection against abuse.
