After cutting power off and turn back on, the siren of outdoor bell box and the keypad goes off, I can't stop them in anyway (unless cut off all power source). I have already replace new backup battery. There is no response when I input the alarm code. I've also tried to reset to default but seems unsuccessful. There is only "power" signal light on on the keypad, all others (zone 1 to 8, tamper, attack, day) are off. Even if I disconnect all zones and just leave the keypad connected, the siren of keypad still goes off. What happens to my alarm and what can I do?

Default user code 0123 have you tried that ?
How and what Default procedure did you try ?
Take top cover off pcb and post photo resistor may be burnt out on battery charging circuit.

Thank you for your reply.
Have tried default code 0123 but not work
Have tried two procedure (G3 and G4 cuz I'm not sure so I tried both)
G3 [Power down Mains and battery, wait 20 seconds , flick the mains back on and
press (Reset, Reset) in quick succession straight after power up.]
G4 [1.Power down panel. 2. Remove wiring from SET output and PA input. 3. Fitshorting wire between SET and left-hand PA terminal. 4. Power up. 5. Wait for alarm to start. 6. Power down panel and then restore original wiring]
Will post photo later on thank you.

Having tried both reset procedures could suggest control panel may be faulty.
Power down and re Power control panel with battery NOT connected and see if that works.

Here is the pic taking top cover off

Alarm still goes off with power down and re-power up with no battery connection

Following the procedure of resetting to default, I power down and linking left-handed PA to SET(pic 1) and power up, then a beep sound coming from the keypad and "tamper" and "attack" light are on(pic 2). But still when I restore the original wiring, the alarm goes off and code 0123 doesn't work. Any idea to this?

Put link between T&A on SCB terminals and then try reset procedure. If this still fails then control panel could be faulty.
The battery charging resistor looks OK and not damaged.
Control panel not made any more ,spare parts also not available so you would need a replacement.
