Hello all,
Considering Part E of the building Regs have any of you had to use or know of an acoustic engineer being used to commision buildings, offer advice etc on domestic housing or small jobs such as extractor fans for restaurants?
I am an acoustic engineer but working in a different area (not buildings) and was wondering whether I could start up as self employed. I just wondered what the potential of such a venture is. I wasn't thinking of doing the design of buildings with architects just yet but those small jobs for smaller builders on the side.
Thanks
Andrew
