That's the story in the Telegraph.

Pretty seismic.

Apparently he's unhappy about the Christian Horner shenanigans.

This could really shake things up.

I think Horners days are numbered. This just won’t go away - someone is keeping it going. Max or his Dad or both?

F1 is bullshoite anyway.
To pretend it is a valid representation of "competition" is just carp.

It's colourful, but it's bullshoite.

It might be a confluence of factors. Lots of F1 people have a dream of working for Ferrari. Maybe Newey fancies working with Lewis. He's been at Red Bull a long time and maybe he thinks he's done as much as he can. I think it would be really good for F1.

The best thing for F1 would be a return to the glory days, giving fans a real 'Rush' of excitement.

"How to build a car", by Newey is well worth a read.
It's amazing how much he has achieved; beng one of the last people who has an overview of every aspect of the car, rather than engineers today that due to the vastness of the subject (and through no fault of their own), can only specialise in certain aspects.
Joining Ferrari may not be a big leap for him, but it would certainly keep RedBull lawyers occupied separating out the 'intelectual property'.
It may just intended to be a wake-up call to RedBull, to get their act together?

...and the book was available on Prime Reading for a while. I can't see it there now, but it may reappear at some point?
