Afternoon,
We had some contractors come and re for some karndean to our kitchen
They noticed under the karndean was wet
They pointed out these
1. The welded sill? Is split in the corner, he says this should be one piece and not split.
2. The window is not flush against the sill internally, there is a gap.
Just need some advice as I need as much ammo to hit the builder with!
