Advice needed

Can anyone help me at all. My dad recently died and he helped me with everything in my home. I feel so useless now as he died unexpectedly of sepsis. These marks have appeared on my house. The house is 10 years old. The marks are only on one side of the house and there are no damp marks or areas inside. I just would like to know what sort of tradespeople I require to fix it. Thank you in advance for any help.

It could be damp from rain flowing off the roof and porch.

ebasford, Could you stand well back, and take a photo showing the whole front elevation of the house?
Are there any other walls showing damp staining?

Is this OK? It is only on one side of the house. I don't know who to call to help me. Is it a builder or a roofer? I live on a new buildcestate and none of the other houses have it. Could it be blocked guttering causing it?

Check the run off from the roof and guttering when it next rains, it wont be long. and note any differences between the dry and damp sides. That helps identify what trade is needed. It just needs a handyman with a ladder if its a blockage, some window cleaners offer the service.
