According to Google, Android 10 ceased to be supported as of 6th Feb. 2024.
Perhaps Alexa app has been updated, and part of this update is to stop it working on unsupported versions of Android?

I was given an Android phone, which described itself as an i13 - it took me while to twig to the fact it was a fake look-a-like for an Iphone, but running Android.
Install the older version of Alexa.
