Angela Rayner

No it doesn’t.

The “I think” refers to a different point

Your desperate attempt at dishonesty has not gone unnoticed

Gas112 is getting more angry by the minute
All we do is laugh at how much you crave attention lol

Sad little Botchy

go on prove your point of which one was the first black MP out of the 3 in 1987 who was sworn in first because your not an MP till your sworn in
I’m not making a point, it’s you getting yer knickers in a twist

If you think Diane Abott wasn’t the first black mp, the burden of proof lies with you

Of you trot, there’s a good chap :ROFLMAO:

You haven’t proven there was an earlier black MP

How embarrassing for you.

Funny how Notch goes to ground when he's caught out. It’s as if someone's stuck some gaffer tape over his lying gob. :ROFLMAO:
I haven’t gone to ground, quite the opposite I’m working in a loft

I see the losers gasboy and NWGS have had to send for back up :ROFLMAO:

Anyway must get on, while you lot go away and lick yer wounds, sad losers

Everyone has proved it Notch..
Only nobody has provided a shred of evidence.

1) Tax expert from chartered institute of taxation concurs

Tax adviser Mr McCann said: "I don't think there's any credible case to be made that she's deliberately evaded tax. I don't see that as likely.

"Worst case scenario is that she didn't realise it. She wasn't Angela Rayner, deputy leader of the Labour Party, she was a care worker. These rules are very complicated."

He points out that mistakes can be remedied with HMRC within four years so it's now out of time - although she could choose to pay money back if found to owe anything

2) nobody has provided proof of earlier black mp.

He is not saying what you think he is saying. He is saying SHE had 4 years to remedy the failure. He is not saying HMRC are out of time. HMRC have 20 years to come after anyone who fails to notify and pay capital gains tax. It's in your link and you again confuse the information in the first section which refers to deliberate failures. It goes on to state that a failure to notify on a CGT issue after 2009, is subject to a 20 year limit.

Its a list not a flow chart.

it is also incorrect to say she was Angela Rayner "the care worker" when she was due to pay the tax. She was in fact The Rt. hon Angela Rayner MP.

Give up - you look like a fool

Slightly disconcerting to see tne right wingers getting hyper woke about who was tne first black mp. Bernie andDiane wouldnt have been allowed to vote in the 18th and 19th centuries, let alone become mp’s. And what does it have to do with AR’s tax returns.

AR’s tax returns.
Who reckons that she has taken advice and is ok. Maybe it was bad advice. Fact is the whole thing started due to Tory looking for something to to throw at Labour. Plus of course no action so far.
