whilst i understand this is an anti spamming measure, my last post was last night!

i do get it ocassionally, after i click on submit, it stays on the edit screen, and when i hit submit again i get that message. I just copy the text i've just typed, and back out and check my new post is there. It always is (but you have your post on your clipboard if for some reason it hasn't.
