aol problems

People are receiving emails from an old address book of mine when I was with aol, advertising viagra and worse. How do I stop this as trying to contact aol without an account there seems to be impossible. I have not been with aol for more than 4yrs now.
Would be grateful for any help on this matter.

just send a blanket e-mail from your current address stating and apologizing for this, and ask them to mark that address as spam.
