Anyone else having issues with Aqualisa customer service/ warranty repairs? I've always recommended Aqualisa as I've found their customer service to be excellent in the past, but it seems not any more. My elderly disabled customer's digital shower is on the blink and she's been told today it'll be another 13 days before they can attend, having already been kept waiting since Friday for a repair date. She's in Oxford so hardly a remote area.
Aqualisa used to be very reasonably priced with excellent backup in the event of a fault. They're now much more expensive and it seems aftersales care has dropped off a cliff. Time to find a new brand to fit I think.
