The Arlo Wired doorbell AVD1001 is stated on Amazon as being able to be used with a previously installed doorbell chime. The one that I have is a Friedland 454 chime but Arlo's online information is not clear for this type of doorbell. I have looked online for help and there are several websites giving information regarding the connections but Arlo don't state which terminals to connect their Power Kit device. I am wondering whether the supply voltages for the 2 products is an issue; the Friedland is 12V and the Arlo needs 16 - 24V which is available from the transformer supplied with the doorbell. Any help will greatly appreciated.
