What do you guys think of these images? I've bought a testing sample kit but wondering what you think and how I'll deal with it if it is. I've already probably breathed in enough dust as the electrician has been around rewiring the house and there is dust everywhere.
It's mostly the artex style ceilings which are sagging a very noticeable amount so it would be difficult to cover it with the plaster or board.
Also in the bathroom there is this odd ceramic style tiling on the walls that I'm not sure about
