Attaching Bidet to commercial toilet

I got this bidet that probably won’t attach to my toilet because my toilet doesn’t have the correct shut off valve, but on the off chance someone does know how to attach these, I’m uploading images. Are there any sort of adapters I can purchase? I’m clueless

Also I have no idea what those knobs behind the toilet do. Anyone know?

Haven't got a scooby doo mate - this is a UK forum, our Wc's aren't like yours, let alone bidets that connect to them. Happy holidays to you anyway

I'm truly astonished that people still use bidets......sorry to be coarse, but the advent of daily showers years ago (for most normal people) surely means they are redundant? Maybe its just me
