one of my bathroom vents go through the roof(pitch) and there is a leak. i can see it coming down the pipe fitted to the roof so i guess the vent on the roof needs replacing.
can anyone please give me an idea on cost for a roofer to replace this ?
had a quote for £300 to to replace which i think its a bit on the high side. I may be completely wrong too and this may be a fair quote. I really don’t know. just would like to pay a fair price.
Roofer sent me attached picture of the replacement tile.
can anyone tell me appx cost for doing this job please. 2 storey building. in Grays, essex. thank you all
