BAXI 150HE

My old Baxi 150HE looses pressure every 3hrs, upstairs rads drain a little - 1 noticeably more that others.
Very old property, some pipes boxed in, nil apparent leak - i have added Fernox F4 but problem still there.
When re-pressure, need to bleed rads, boiler turned on and i hear bubbling in rads.
B Gas have checked Expansion Vessel and that holds pressure, overflow from boiler is dry, isolated boiler and pressure holds so issue is apparently in pipes but nil obvious leak - independent plumber has checked and cannot find any leak.
Any/all suggestions and advice appreciated

Look harder must be a pipe work leak ,any pipes under the floor

Boards up (1st Floor) and nil sign leak, boards all dry and nil marks on ceiling, downstairs I’ve had tiles of false wall and nothing - that only leaves small amount of stud/false wall from floor to ceiling and the base is dry and nil sign of water.
Appreciate your reply, everything points to a leak but this has been going on for a couple of weeks and still nil signs.

Not that I’ve seen, but will recheck tomorrow - I’ve got 11 rads, 7 stay full, 2 very minimal loss, 1 a little more and 1 noticeably / the main loss rad the pipes are visible (albeit small conduit as pipes 8ml).

one trick is to add some cheap aftershave /perfume and have a sniff about for the leak
