My boiler is playing up!

What is happening is that my boiler starts up and runs for about 10 mins before
the burner goes off. I then have to let the boiler cool down a bit before trying again, the boiler starts up without any issues then the cycle is repeated.

Had a engineer around, he gave it a good clean, cleaned the injector etc...
He thinks its the gas valve, other similar posts on this forum say something about an ignition solenoid.

I'm thinking of getting a replacement PCB and Gas valve off ebay.
Any advice?

Not good idea.

Get a real engineer to examine the boiler and accurately diagnose the fault and then, if necessary, he (or she) can purchase genuine replacement parts from a reputable source.

I very much doubt a real engineer would accept and fit parts that his or her customer had bought off E-bay.
