Hi ive got a question having the flue set up this way is safe with this boiler or should it be just horizontal, going up its around 51cm ive been told today by RGI that this is wrong but have been running it for 2 years

I didnt ignore him if it was really bad why wouldnt he turn off the gas im just trying to find a cheaper way to fix this im renting a house and i would say the landlord would put the price up

Not really sure why you would need to fix this at your expense , and in regards to why your so called rgi didn’t turn it off I would ask them tbh ,
