The Ultima R/S would be on my wish list I would love to build one if I had the funds

There is a fella on line ( Nigel dean) who has documented and filmed his build with over 50 professional videos

v8 creative his attention to detail is astounding

But I don't see the appeal of that.

The big usa chrome showy stuff from earlier times is art
I went to visit my sister in Virgina in 1982. One of the neighbours had a Z28, the reg number was TRICK Z. Somehow that has stuck in my mind for over forty years.

Which started the horse power wars between US manufacturers it got to a position that they started to tell porkies about the actual BHP out put of some cars playing down there actual out put

All went pear shaped by about 1973 ish when all the do Gooders poked there noses in
Insurance companies got squeaky bums about 17 year olds going side ways up the local high street burning rubber than there were the environment fruit cakes

Never really recovered until the late 80s

No you probably don’t you strike me as a Morris 1000 sort of a bloke ??? If you fancy one my mate has 15 of em

Or may be an Armstrong Siddley sapphire he had 3 of em

All require minor repairs ;)

Would be a bit boring if we all liked the same stuff.

Minor was a good car in its day, but view it against what was available in usa at the time
 
Italians make sexy cars. Even the affordable Lancias & Alfa's.

Not so sure about fiat's
May I respectfully suggest the Fiat 130 Coupe by Pininfarina?
