Beko ASD241B American fridge freezer water collecting

We've had this fridge-freezer for four years. Recently over the last few months, there's been water collecting under the salad trays. It needs mopping up every few weeks. I can't spot an obvious drain hole that needs cleaning.

Any ideas?

If you look at the compressor at the back there should be a tray on top of it that collects the water which is evaporated by the heat of the compressor. There should be a tube hanging into the tray that carries the condensate from the fridge, you may be able to trace it back to a drain hole inside the fridge or poke a wire up it to clear any blockage. There should be a drain of some sort somewhere inside to prevent the problem you are having.

Same problem.
Looked in rear , low down and could see drain tube . No drips and dry underneath
Switched off. Removed contents including shelves. Ours has two screws at bottom of rear panel. Removed those. Pull panel out on one side then lift out. This revealed central drain hole. Cleared out with tube, syringe, hotwater and salt until drips ran then stopped at rear.
Reverse to refit panel etc.

Hi I have been googling this too, and not found any answers. But I found out by a bit of investigation myself. I'm posting here so others can find it when the search (I realise it is a few years since the original post).

So in the interior at the back there is a long plastic panel, secured with 4 screw, which has neofrost written on it. Unplug the electric supply to the fridge. Unscrew this and detach the small electric fan from electrical connector. At the bottom of this you will find the fridge's drainage hole. It is there all along like most other fridges, however the manufacturer has obscured it with this panel. Clear the hole as you would any fridge then reconnect electric fan and screw in panel again -job done.
