Flat roof is in need of some tender love, confused about all the different products. Have tried some before, esp the paint-on ones (Thompson, Acrypol,Cromapol), but not sure they are that effective, esp as they are only a thin layer of paint.
Spotted a video about Watco Roofite, not in typical builders merchant (B&Q, Screwfix etc), Newcastle based firm - Hooray, for once a British product - the material is poured on and distributed to form a layer of about 2 mm, appears more punchy to me layman. What do the experts on the forum think? Price difference no consideration as it will be ways cheaper than hiring a roofer

thin layer? might be your problem, try 2mm of the others..
personally i'd only use any of them as a sticking plaster until we get time to get back and do a proper job
