My bungalow got flooded last October, I had barley floor tiles down so they had to be removed do to the asbestos in them, so now I am working on budget to replace DPm. I have used blackjack dpm and I am having trouble getting it to dry and not be tacky. It's been 3 days now and was still tacky this morning any imput on why would be appreciated
