My current customer had a problem with her Blinds2Go blinds on her Velux windows. I told her that one of the blinds had lost the channel inserts/runners.

I recommended that she ask them to send out the tiny crimps that hold the blind in the channels.

The blinds were over two years old. The company, rather than sending out out 30p of components-they sent a complete replacement.

My customer did not ask for the full (free) replacement. I refitted the blind today.

I think it only fair to give a big up to


It is seldom that I witness customers receiving that kind of service.
