I had underfloor heating fit 18 months ago and LVT tiles. The tiles were stuck down incorrectly byu the fitter when they were supposed to be click. They have warped and need removing. Upon lifting the LVT the screed underneath is blown. How can I rectify the blown screed to fit new LVT?
The new fitter said all the screed needs removing. But I'm worried I will hit an underfloor heating pipe. The picture attached - the concrete line in between the insulated board looks like where the underfloor heating pipe is?
The Polypipe and black pipe pictures are what's leftover from the job.
is it possible to remove the screed or put a new screed over the top?
Any help appreciated
