Bosch GSN32A21GB/02 No Frost System

I have the above freezer. Had it since years. However just noticed that the No Frost System at the top has like an icicle coming out of the vent. It's leaked over (and froze) onto the draw cover too.

Not sure if this is something to worry about and needs fixing?

I found my old fridge freezer did need defrosting every so often even when frost free, it takes quite a time as the ice builds up behind the cover at back of freezer, I would prop open door and set a fan blowing into the compartment, no need for heat, just a fan to move the air.
