Hello - using a Bosch series 8 heat pump condensation dryer with AutoClean function (Bosch WTX87M09FF). Machine is 1 month old, brand new and works fine.
I have followed the directions in extreme detail to install the evacuation hose on the dryer so as not to have to empty the condensation collector after each (or every few) loads.
Even with the evacuation hose installed, the condensation collector continues to get filled with water and it seems water does not come out of the evacuation hose. Have removed the little rubber stopper on the bottom of the evacuation collector, per the instructions. Ive tried it with placing the hose exit at heights of 0cm, 25, 50, 75cm, etc. The hose is not pinched or kinked and can blow air freely through it. The dryer has the “self cleaning” function as I believe that’s relevant.
Any guidance appreciated - please! And thanks!
