Bosch washer/dryer problem

Hi,

I have Bosch washer dryer and there appears to be an issue with the water draining.

It goes through a cycle and the door opens but the clothes are still wet when on dry.

There is no water in the drum itself but when I unscrew the catcher part tons of water comes out.

I checked the sump pipe and nothing there.

As an said there is no water in the drum itself, so it's it's draining from the drum.

I'm confused where the water is if not in the drum and why its not fully draining.

Any advice please.
