I've spotted this developing situation which has 'a stitch in time' look about it. It is the front wall of a single storey house beneath the ground floor. It looks to be only single skinned in this area.

Am I going to be OK to clean out the voids, put some sort of wooden former within the orange lines and fill with concrete? e.g. https://www.wickes.co.uk/Blue-Circle-High-Strength-40N-Ready-To-Use-Concrete---20kg/p/133771

Note that the upper of the two holes has a brick has moved inwards by about 1-2cm. I'm guessing that putting that back in its proper place with new mortar would need props under the floor boards (or similar)?

OP,
1. The pipes appear to be 40mm or 50mm waste pipes? Coming from where & going to where?
2. Even if the wall is single skin - which Is doubtful - there's no fear of collapse.
3. Where is ground level? I can see the DPC two courses above the top pipe?
4. You would be far better off by clearing out all the mortar & half brick filler and properly re-bricking up around the pipes - no concrete needed, no props needed. Simply lay some bricks and point up.

1. Kitchen sink pipes going to drain just the other side of the wall.
2. Ok thanks (I'll send you the bill if need be ;) )
3. Ground level is roughly where the DPC is. Couldn't say for sure. The exterior the other side of the wall has paving slabs.
4. I've been coming to this conclusion today so glad to hear it's the right way. I was very scared of movement if I took any of the remaining bricks out

Thanks for your input!

OP,
Why not Tee the wastes together?
Ground level ie the surface of pavers, should be 150mm below the DPC.

The drains are slightly prone to getting blocked up and I quite like having two independent ones, but that's not a bad idea all the same. More recently I've just taken to replacing the length of piping rather than clearing it, as you can maybe tell by the joints.

And I've not checked but the DPC is probably about that. It's not something I'm going to be changing in any case
