Other side of handle is just lock so not sure if I need to remove lock ?through screws from the other side through handle or behind handle ??

Any suggestionsThe white casing should prise of the part of the handle still attached to the window, can't quite tell from the pic , maybe one thin piece which will twist to reveal the screws or two separate pieces , one either side of where the actual handle was ( top and bottom on your case. Looks like it will be a ' blade ' or ' fork ' rather than a spindle looking at the type of

There is a clear gap showing on the right hand side of the left handle in pic 1. Use a thin bladed kitchen or decorators knife to prise it open.Can’t remove white casing ? Any suggestions

Thanks , windows does not open and other side no mark to open the door . See attached working handle internal part .I imagine there are screws on the otherside, ie open the window and get to the back of that block left behind. I dont think a cover will lever off, as that wouldn't be possible normally when the handle was fixed in place.
