No they haven't :!:

Diynot.com times are GMT, you have to have GMT to allow to take off 1 hour or 1 hour on.
 
Of course, GMT (Genetically Modified Time?) is not the same as the UTC (Universal Time Coordinates). This is the time system used by the GPS and is almost exactly the same but differs by a few seconds because they don't insert the leap seconds that Greenwich/Teddington occasionally does.
