Burner Installation - Electric Diagram Interpretation

Hey
I have bought this burner and need help with the wiring.

I know the L1, Earth, N

where can I find a reference for T1, T2, S3 and B4?

I have talked to a few electricians to come and do the wiring for me but when I send them this they don't it know.
I will happy to pay someone qualified in CW7 area to do the wiring or at least I can try myself.

T1,T2 are Safety and S3,B$ are alarm/hooter/lamp
