Buying car fuses.

Hello, The lighter/socket seems to have blown a fuse. So I googled them and bought 120 from B & Q for £5 inc delivery. Theyve arrived but the 20v ones are way smaller than mine. Anyone know how come? Are these for newer cars? Cheers.
 
Because you bought the wrong ones. Take your old one to your local Halfords or car parts place rather than a DIY store.
 
There are loads of sizes nowadays. Smaller ones stop the fusebox taking up too much space.

That diagram, doesn't even cover the full range of styles. There are higher current rated ones, which have bolt terminals at the ends.
