Buying house

Hi,

Hoping for some help with this one.

I have seen a house that I want to put an offer in for, there are long cracks on the render at each side of the house, the neighbours and other houses in the estate have similar cracks, is this a sign of subsidence?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
