Yes, I say broken, but for littlest of things. My wife and I are in our eighties, so our strength is waning, and after a short time found that the push was hard. My ever useful son-i-l came round, took off the cover to find water had got in, damaging it. We think it has ruined not only the push but also the remote chime unit.
I intend to take it back to the seller, but would like to have your thoughts how the ingress of water may have happened; there is nothing obvious and everything is a snug fit. is it down to bad quality control, and should we better off with another brand. We want to remain 'wireless' for the chime unit's portability. We also chose our unit because of plug-through.
