Can I add toilet to the same soil pipe plus reposition

Hello,
I am looking at splitting my bathroom into 2 (2nd floor flat)
In order to do that I would:
1) Need to add a second toilet
2) Need to reposition toilet and soil pipe.

I am getting a plumber out - but I wonder if it is principle possible to do the configuration as per drawing.

In principle no issues providing there is sufficient fall and the pipework is installed properly.
