Can someone identify this tile?

It's about 335 O/A width and about 418 long so very simulare to a Redland but CRUCIALLY the top face is 300 wide (where Redland & Marley are 290).

first thought, a modern but a niggle about the top edge made me think again..maybe a sandtoft calderdale?
