Can these upvc door hinges be adjusted

Hi can these upvc door hinges be adjusted? There is no cap on the top and the it seems to be a solid pin through the pin. The only Allen key screws seem to be 2 small ones either side at the top.

The screw seems to be missing on the last pic. If screws are on the opposite sides. then there is some adjustment. These are likely used for limiting the pin - for instance tighten one side and loosen the other would move the pin to the loosening screw direction.

Look at the bottom of the hinge also, looking up from below.

Thanks. Yes there are screws on opposite sides at the top which I assumed were to hold the pin in place, but after your comment I can see how this may give some slight lateral movement. The bottom of the hinge is just the other end of the pin (no screws).
 
Unfortunately they are old hinges and to my knowledge aren't adjustable. You may be able to ' toe and heel ' the door to get some adjustment if its dropped , its the same concept like a cross brace on a wooden gate. plenty of guides on the web if you are DIY confident
