Ceiling light not working - strange "bulb" / no bulb?

Hi,

Please excuse my ignorance here, I don't have much experience with lights or electronics.

My flat has a ceiling light in the bathroom which has stopped working. The "bulbs" that attach to it seem to be more of an ornamental way to spread light rather than a "bulb" - they screw in and attach onto a base which seems to have some sort of electronics on it.

The issue is that the light has stopped working. My fuse box light is on, and when I switch off the individual fuse responsible for this light, the fuse box light turns off, indicating there is an issue with the electrical set up for this lamp. My rental agency has recommended the issue might be a "faulty bulb", but I am not sure there is a bulb for me to change... It seems to be some sort of entirely electrical lamp, so I'd assume it's an electrical issue in the flat..

I would really appreciate any advice anyone could offer as to what is going on here, and what I could do to fix it.

That’s an led arrangement. Could be that the light fitting isn’t suitable for a bathroom with moisture, and should be IP (Ingress protection) rated.
