Few weeks back, my celling light stop working and I though it is light bulb or starter so I replaced both, but still it does not work:

I used following light bulb:

(Sylvania® Lynx QE 2D Compact Fluorescent Lamp 4-Pin 2850Lm 38W)

http://www.screwfix.com/p/sylvania-lynx-qe-2d-compact-fluorescent-lamp-4-pin-2850lm-38w/87333?

I can read following from the choke:
EC 36 LC502K
240V 50HZ

I am not sure I am using correct light bulb.

Well the information on your link says "Operates on Electronic Ballasts Only" but you have what looks very much like a standard choke - a coil of copper wire on an iron core - so that's not a good start. :( :( :(

Could you point me which light bulb will work with this choke please. I can go back to screwfix and change it again.

I am not expert and have no idea which light bulb should work here.

I am in UK, not sure why my post has been moved
No your not it says your location is Pakistan.

I'm not sure why you are wasting time and effort (several posts) and visits to shops -
You would be better off just replacing the whole unit - much cheaper prospect.
I'm sure you will find a similar model at your local electrical store.
